It is a very dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of COM files that are executed. Depending on the system time while writing to a file the virus writes to that file the string:
SCHUBERT 1797-1828.

These are harmless parasitic viruses.
"Scity.678,713" are nonmemory resident ones. They search for .COM files and write themselves to the end of the file.
"Scity.911,928" are the memory resident viruses. They hook INT 21h and write themselves to the end of EXE files that are executed.
