These are memory resident parasitic polymorphic viruses. They hook INT 21h and write themselves to the end files. "Executioner.1659,1708" infect COM files that are opened, "Executioner.2052,2304" infect EXE files that are executed.
The viruses contain the strings:

It is a very dangerous virus. On February 18th it erases disk C: sectors and displays the picture:

It is not a dangerous virus. On September 15th it displays:

This is a benign memory resident stealth polymorphic parasitic TPE-based virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of accessed COM and EXE files. It contains the text strings:
This is KELA-17 version virus.

and the text strings in Russian. On Friday the 13th, it runs itself utilizing a video effect.

Description PolyEngineSGen.DSCE

DSCE (Dark Slayer Confusion Engine) is a polymorphic generator like the MtE or TPE ones. It creates the decryption routine and encrypts the virus body, then the virus saves this part of code in file on infection. This generator contains the internal string:
