It is not a dangerous nonmemory resident parasitic virus. It searches for .COM-files, then writes itself to the end of the file. On April 1st the virus displays the message:
Hey, it's All Fools Day! -- Press a key

The virus also contains the internal text string:
PV
*.COM

It is a dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It copies itself to the memory at the address 9000:0000 and does not fix MCB list, that may crash the system. Then it hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the beginning of .COM files that are executed. It decrypts and displays the string:

This is nonmemory resident parasitic virus. It searches for COM files and writes itself to the end of the file. It contains the string:
