These are memory resident boot viruses. They hook INT 13h and infect the MBR of the hard drive and boot sector of the floppy disks. "Facade.a" is a very dangerous memory resident boot virus. On February 27 it displays the message:
F a c a d e
then it erases the hard drive sectors and halt the computer. This virus also contains the text string:
[Written by Methyl]
"Facade.b,c" while booting depending on the keyboard flags (if Ctrl key is pressed or not) display the endless message:
Cody 's Lauren 's Cody 's Lauren 's Cody 's Lauren 's
"Facade.c" also contains the text:
Death to the [Black Tide]

It is a dangerous nonmemory resident parasitic virus. It searches for .COM files, then writes itself to the end of the file. The virus writes the text string to the not used area in the MBR of the hard drive and displays it:

This is a very dangerous not memory resident virus which scans the subdirectory tree and writes itself into the .COM-files beginnings. This virus contains the text strings "*.COM", "COMMAND.COM". On 1993 year this virus will overwrite the files by a small program which types: "Program terminated normally".
