This is a benign memory resident encrypted parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of COM files that are accessed. On September 9th it displays the message:

This is a benign memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h, and writes itself to the beginning of COM files.
It is an encrypted virus. It traces INT 13h and 21h to obtain their original addresses, and uses these addresses while infecting. It infects the files that are executed or opened, it does not infect the COMMAND.COM file. From April 5th until the 9th, it displays the following message:
