This is not a dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of COM files that are executed. The infected files contain the text at the beginning of the file:
HWI_Tm.
The virus decrypts and displays the messages:
wEllcOmE tO hAryAntO's vIrUs V4.50 (c)1990 by hArywArE IntErnAtIOnAl Tm.
In some cases the virus also displays while loading into the system memory:
Insufficient memory
Cannot start COMMAND, exiting

It is not a dangerous memory resident parasitic polymorphic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files that are executed. The virus deletes the anti-virus data files: CHKLIST.MS, CHKLIST.CPS, ANTI-VIR.DAT, SMARTCHK.CPS. The virus contains the text strings:
