It is not a dangerous memory resident polymorphic parasitic virus. It hooks INT 8, 21h and writes itself to the end of EXE files that are executed. On July, 24th it displays the message: Happy birthday to me! :-)
Depending on its internal counter the virus writes some data to some ports (disables Gravis Ultra Sound card?). The virus also contains the internal text strings: E-VIRUS II aka Anti-GUS.12th December 1994.KL,Malaysia. ħħħħħTM was here!ħħħħħ

Description Tanya family This virus corrupts the DRWEB.EXE anti-virus, and displays messages written in Russian. If a Windows NewEXE file is found (NE, PE), the virus overwrites it with a program that displays the following message: This program must be run under OS/2.
The virus also contains the texts: *.æ0M *.àòE PATH=COMSPEC=OBSHCHESTVO= DRWEB.EXE
