It's a very dangerous non memory resident virus which searches for .COM-files (including IBMBIO.COM, IBMDOS.COM and COMMAND.COM) and infects them by a standard manner. This virus can infect the files incorrectly and these files are not recovered and will hang-up the system when they are executed. This virus contains the text: "FLUSHOT3.COM C:PANDA MONITOR.COM TSRMON.COM TSRMONEZ.COM" (the names of antiviral monitors) and writes the NOP-opcodes and INT 20h into these files.

It's a dangerous memory resident stealth boot virus. It hooks INT 8, 12h, 13h and writes itself into MBR of hard drive and floppy boot sectors. The original sectors are encrypted before saving. Depending on its internal counters it erases disk sectors. It contains the internal strings also:
