This is a very dangerous, memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h, and writes itself to the end of COM files (except COMMAND.COM) that are executed. The virus writes some data to timer ports that cause data-access error while reading/writing to/from floppy disks on a test PC. On January 17th, the virus erases the hard drive sectors, and displays a message in Russian:

It's a dangerous memory resident parasitic encrypted virus. It hooks int 21h and writes itself to the end of EXE-files that are executed. On execution of WIN.COM file this virus overwrites it by the message and then displays this message:
You've been caught, you DWI! You're nothing but a Damn Windows Idiot!
Well, we at Virulent Graffiti have had itall you're not going to be
running that bullshit for a while, 'cuz, hey, friends don't let friends
use Windows! (and you're damn right we're your friends!)

It also contains the internal text strings:
