This is a dangerous nonmemory resident parasitic virus. It searches for COM files in a current and parent directories, then writes itself to the end of the file. If a file WIN*.COM is found, the virus overwrites it with a program that displays the message and returns to DOS:

The virus displays messages in Russian on December 2nd, waits for 'Y/N' answer and may format hard drive sectors. This virus also contains/displays messages in English:

It is not a dangerous memory resident encrypted parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files that are executed. The virus does not infects the files: COMMAND, WIN and F-PROT. On 1st of January and June the virus displays:
