These are not dangerous nonmemory resident encrypted parasitic viruses. They search for COM files, then write themselves to the end of the file. While infecting the viruses also encrypt 16 bytes in the middle to avoid generic disinfection. Before infecting files the viruses display the message: I am !
The viruses also contain the text strings: all and justice for all. *.com

This program is a hidden telnet server. It stays in the system as a hidden application and listens to socket 133 using TCP/IP protocol. By using that, a hacker may connect to a victim computer and get access to disk files and system resources.
