It is a harmless memory resident encrypted parasitic virus. When executed it creates the temporary .COM file with the decrypted virus body and executes it. That file hooks INT 8 and 21h and stays memory resident. Then it infects COM and EXE files that are executed. The virus contains the text string: COMMAND.COM SCAN.EXE CTEAMGK.EXE
and does not infect the files that are listed there. This virus also contains the text: Jmpflag=0

It is not a dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 1Ch,21h and writes itself to the end of .COM files that are executed or opened. The virus "disables" Left-Shift key. Depending on its counter it displays the message: Your PC is infected with DEATH virus - greeting from Steppan
