This is a harmless memory resident parasitic polymorphic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of EXE files that are executed. It contains the text string:
scf-tbcpmsvsxcSCF-TBCPMSVSXC
The virus does not infect the files with the names from that string (two characters per name): SC*.*, F-*.* and so on.
On June, 4th the virus displays the message:
HKs VTech Virus v4.0
using
VTME v1.0
The virus contains the text string:
VTME v1.0

SVC.4644, SVC.4661, SVC.4677

These are harmless memory-resident viruses. They hit the MBR of the hard disk as soon as an infected file is started. The viruses also affect COM-, EXE-, OVL- and SYS-files (except COMMAND.COM and IBM*.*) whenever they are accessed. These viruses cure the infected files if they are debugged. The infectors contain the texts:
"SVC.4644,.4677": /* (c) 1990-91 by SVC, Vers. 6.0 */
"SVC.4661": /* (c) 1990-91 by Moscow SVC, Vers. 6.0 */

and hook INT 8, 13h, 21h. The viruses writes into CMOS from address 34h the string like a "SVC 6.0".

It is not a dangerous nonmemory resident parasitic virus. It searches for .COM files and writes itself to the beginning of the files. It displays the string:
