The virus infects the global macros area on opening an infected document (AutoOpen) and infects documents that are saved (DateiSpeichern). Since December 31 1996 the virus displays several MessageBox-es on calling its any macro:

Word kann den Namen der Datei nicht ändern...

It is not a dangerous memory resident encrypted parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files that are executed. It deletes the file CHKLIST.MS. It contains/displays the text strings:

It is a dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 10h, 21h and writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files that are executed or opened. In some cases the virus displays messages in Russian. If the "22" option is found in the command line, the virus displays information about itself in Russian and plays a music.
