Description MonteCarlo Family
These are dangerous memory resident parasitic encrypted viruses. They hook INT 21h and write themselves to the end of EXE files that are executed. Depending on the system timer they run a card game. Depending on the game result they erase the disk sectors. While playing they display the messages:

This is a very dangerous non memory-resident parasitic virus. It searches for COM files, then writes itself to the end of the file. The virus delete *.ZIP and ANTI-VIR.DAT files. On October 21st it erases the C: disk sectors and displays the message:
Happy Birthday Freaky!
The virus also contains the text strings, some of them are encrypted:
