It is not a dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of COM files that are executed. It contains the text strings:
OOPsTEMP$$$ OOPsTEMP.$$$ OOPsTEMP$$$
and sometimes displays:
OOPs

It's a memory resident dangerous BOOT- and MBR-infector. On loading from infected floppy it infects MBR of hard drive. Then it hooks INT 13h and infects floppies on accessing them. It saves the original MBR sector on 2nd HD sector and original Boot sector into the last drive sector. It erases the MBR sector sometimes. It contains the internal text strings also:

It is a very dangerous nonmemory resident overwriting virus. It searches for .COM files, then overwrites them. The virus contains/displays the strings:
