These are not dangerous nonmemory resident parasitic viruses, "Override.1428" is encrypted one. They search for COM files (except COMMAND.COM) of subdirectory tree and write themselves to the beginning of the file. Depending on the system date and internal counter ("Override.1380"), or on Friday, 13th ("Override.1428") the viruses display the message and reboot the computer:
"Override.1380":
EXTERNAL OVERRIDE
This virus is dedicated to jerk M.S.,
who almost succeeded in ruining a relation
by telling lies about my girlfriend.
If you are wondering why I have hit you,
I am still wondering why he tried to hit usall
The Ninth Circle.

"Override.1428":
External Override.
Dedicated to the jerk who told
lies about my girlfriend and almost
ruined my life.

This is a harmless memory resident stealth polymorphic multipartite virus. On execution of infected file or on loading from infected disk it hooks INT 13h, 21h and writes itself at the end of EXE files that are executed or opened. It hits floppy disks on reading or writing from/on them. It hits MBR of hard drive on execution of infected file.
After being active for 3 month the virus displays the message:
<HAVOC> by Neurobasher'93/Germany -GRIPPED-BY-FEAR-UNTIL-DEATH-US-DO-PART-

Description Never.1000

It is a harmless memory resident encrypted parasitic stealth virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the beginning of COM and to the end of EXE files that are accessed. When the programs ADINF, WEB, AIDSTEST, SCAN, ARJ, ZIP, LHA, RAR are executed, the virus disables its stealth and infection routines. The virus contains the text strings:
