It is a dangerous nonmemory resident virus, it searches for .COM and .EXE files and overwrites them. It deals the phone numbers: it outputs to COM port the modem command "ATDT1900" and then dials the numbers: 9034600, 4545388, 2888100, 6809100, 9038181, 4540759, 8840758, 8965581, 6804900, 4075240, 9038700, 7868482. Then this virus displays "Out of Memory" and returns to DOS.

Description Innox.1333

It is not a dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files. When an infected file is executed, the virus searches for files in the current directory and directories marked in the PATH. The virus then hooks INT 21h, stays memory resident and infects executable files that are executed. The virus displays the message:
Innoxious Bug 2.03 'The Sad Flasher' (c) 1994-96 Bugsoft-MSTU, Moscow.
Dedicated to all the rock'n'roll people.

Description Inside Family

These are not dangerous memory resident parasitic viruses. "Inside.1011" is the encrypted virus. They hook INT 21h and write themselves to the end of EXE files that are accessed. Under debugging as well as on XT and Pentium-based PC the viruses decrypt and display the message:
Not enough memory

and return to DOS. The viruses also contain the encrypted text strings "exe" and:
"Inside.752": INSIDE v1.0 created by XMANDedicate for M Sell !!!
"Inside.1011": INSIDE v2.0 created by ? Dedicate for M Sell
