DSME (Dark Slayer's Mutating Engine) is a polymorphic generator. It creates a decryption routine, and encrypts the virus body, then the virus saves this part of code in the file being infected.
This generator contains the string:

These are very dangerous nonmemory resident overwriting viruses. Being executed they overwrite C:COMMAND.COM file. They change video font, they contain the text strings:
"Radish.8444": David Mutimer - OZ c:command.com Screaming Radish [NaRQ]
"Radish.8466": c:command.com Screaming Radish [LaME]/[NaRQ]/[DoRK]/[CHuMP]

It is not a dangerous memory resident encrypted multipartite stealth virus. It hooks INT 13h, 21h and writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files, as well as to the MBR of the hard drive and boot sectors on floppy disks. If the system date is November 10 1999, the virus decrypts and displays the text:
