These are dangerous memory resident parasitic viruses. They copy themselves to the Interrupt Vectors Table, hooks INT 21h and write themselves to the end of COM and EXE files that are accessed. The virus do not perform any harm actions, but while infecting a file they corrupt the BIOS data area at address 0000:0400, that may crash the system. This program executes a DoS attack on a remote computer by using a third computer ("mediator"). The program is sent to the mediator computer and installs itself in there. Then it waits for host connection and on command, attacks a victim's computer that is directed by the host. To attach, the Trojan sends a bomb packet to the computer (the bomb is an IP packet 60K in length) that causes the victim's machine to crash in the case that the computer is run under Win9x/NT without the latest ServicePacks.
