It's a memory resident not dangerous virus which hooks INT 16h, 21h and infects by a standard manner the .COM-files that are executed. Sometimes it types one of the following messages:

I Do Believe It's Cocktail Hour ...
Well, I'm Going To Bed.
See You At Six Please Go To Bed.
You Are Keeping Me Up.
It also contains the text: "t=1024 /write=off /win /quiet".

It is not a dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and stays memory resident. On FindFirst FCB calls (DIR command, INT 21h, AH=11h) it searches for SYS files and writes itself to the end of the file. On April 15th it displays the message:

This is a dangerous memory-resident boot virus. It hooks INT 13h, and writes itself to the boot sector of the C: drive and to boot sectors of floppy disks. It saves the original boot sector to one of the last sectors on the disk. On July 27th, it reboots the computer. It contains the text string:
