It is a dangerous nonmemory resident parasitic virus. It searches for COM files, then writes itself to the beginning of the file. Because of error it corrupts COM files of small length. It contains the text string:
[RAMESY] Coaxial Karma/94 *.COM

Description Jmp.2153

It is a harmless memory resident encrypted parasitic virus. When executed it creates the temporary .COM file with the decrypted virus body and executes it. That file hooks INT 8 and 21h and stays memory resident. Then it infects COM and EXE files that are executed. The virus contains the text string:
COMMAND.COM SCAN.EXE CTEAMGK.EXE

and does not infect the files that are listed there. This virus also contains the text:

It is not a dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and stays memory resident. On FindFirst FCB calls (DIR command, INT 21h, AH=11h) it searches for SYS files and writes itself to the end of the file. On April 15th it displays the message:
Joan v6.23 by KiKo NoMo
Happy Birthday to you, Joan
