It is a harmless nonmemory resident encrypted parasitic virus. It searches for .COM files, then writes itself to the end of the file. The virus does not manifest itself in any way, it contains the text strings:

This is a benign memory resident parasitic viruses. It hooks INT 21h, and writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files that are executed. It contains the string "commandCOMMAND", and does not infect the COMMAND.COM file. On the 30th of March, it displays the following messages:
