It is a harmless nonmemory resident encrypted parasitic virus. It searches for .COM files, then writes itself to the end of the file. The virus does not manifest itself in any way, it contains the text strings:

and a phrase in Bulgarian.

NoMercy.575 is a memory resident parasitic COM and EXE files infector. It increments the size of infected files by about 575 bytes. The virus hooks interrupt vectors 21h, 24h. Near the end of infected file it is possible to find the text:
