It is not a dangerous memory resident encrypted parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files that are executed. It deletes CHKLIST.MS file. Depending on the system time it displays the messages:

The virus writes its TSR copies into the interrupt vector table at the address 0000:0200. This virus reboots the operating system after the 256-th attempt of infecting. The virus hooks INT 21.
