These are dangerous not memory resident overwriting viruses. They search for .COM- and .EXE-files ("Bailey.270" hits .EXE-files only) of current directory and overwrite them.
Depending on the system timer "Bailey.270" erases FAT of C: drive.

It's a dangerous memory resident boot virus. It hooks INT 13h and writes itself into boot sector of hard drive disk C: and boot sectors of floppies. Depending on its internal counters it erases the random selected disk sectors. It contains the internal text string: "A pretty girl came into the world on 1-9-1968 I love her".
