These are nonmemory resident parasitic viruses. They search for .COM files and write themselves to the end of the file.
"Singapore.521" manifests itself by blinking with NumLock, CapsLoc and ScrollLock indicators.
"Singapore.910" is a dangerous encrypted virus. While infecting a file it increases the length of the files by the random value. Sometimes it erases the CMOS, the disk sectors and then displays:

Description Rexan.903

This is a memory resident encrypted parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h, and writes itself to the beginning of COM files that are executed. This virus also erases disk sectors. On December 25, it displays the following message:

Be careful. Hell's Party controls your computer.
Hell's Party activates TOMORROW. Merry Christmas!

It is a harmless nonmemory resident encrypted parasitic virus. It searches for COM files, then writes itself to the beginning of the file. The virus contains the text:
*.com SUICIDE 1.0 by RGB
