These are the harmless memory resident parasitic viruses. They hook INT 21h and write themselves to the end of .COM files except IBMBIO.COM and IBMDOS.COM. The viruses also contain the text strings:

"Tankard.556": Tankard vers. 3.01

It is a dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and on changing current directory searches for .COM and .EXE files and writes itself to the end of files. The virus has a bug and infected files may halt the system. The virus contains the text strings:
*.com *.exe

It is not a dangerous nonmemory resident parasitic virus. It searches for .COM files, then writes itself to the end of the file. Depending on the system time and date the virus displays one of the strings:
