This is a harmless memory resident parasitic virus. Being executed it copies itself into the DOS stack area, hooks INT 21h, then it writes itself into the header of EXE files that are opened or executed. The virus contains the string:

These are very dangerous memory resident parasitic viruses. They hook INT 21h and write themselves to the end of COM and EXE files that are executed. After the 20th successful infection they format the disk sectors and display the message:
Your disk is formated by the LOREN virus.

This is a benign non-memory resident parasitic virus. It searches for COM files, then writes itself to the end of the file. On Sunday it tries to corrupt the system date (the virus calls DOS function SetDate with incorrect arguments), then it displays the message:
