These are dangerous memory resident parasitic viruses. They copy themselves to the Interrupt Vectors Table, hook INT 21h and write themselves to the end of COM and EXE files that are executed. The viruses have a bug and while infecting EXE files they can corrupt them. The viruses contain the text strings:

"Tiffany.458": TIFFANY.TOWERS.458

This is a very dangerous not memory-resident overwriting virus. It searches for COM files, then writes itself to the file beginning.
On Friday, 13th the virus formats the disk sectors. This virus contains the text string:

It is not a dangerous nonmemory resident parasitic virus. It searches for COM files, then writes itself to the beginning of the file. To locate files to infect them the virus does not uses "standard" DOS INT 21h calls, but reads and processes directory sectors by direct disk calls. While infecting the virus allocates DOS memory and uses video memory for store temporary data.
Because of a bug the virus does not work on Pentium computers. The virus contains the text strings:
