ClassLoader is a Trojan program written in Java that launches "class" files based on the current user permissions. To do this the Trojan exploits a vulnerability in the security system of Java machines.
The Trojan program contains two class files named: URLClassLoader and Magic.
The URLClassloader file has the loadClass function that loads class-files from the current catalog. It provides the following functionality when working with files and the system registry:
Modifying files on local drives
Adjusting system registry settings
Downloading files from the Internet
Rejecting EXE files
Launching local computer files

It is not a dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 15h, 21h and writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files that are executed. By hooking INT 15h the virus intercepts keyboard on old-style (PC-286) computers and changes keyboard data. The virus contains the text strings:
smothered to inertness by bendelosangeles Arg~AdeN
If this string is changed, the virus deletes the host file.

It is a very dangerous memory resident boot virus. It hooks INT 13h and writes itself to the boot sector of floppy disk and the MBR of the hard drive. Depending on the system timer the virus erases the disk sectors.
