It is a harmless memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of COM files that are opened or executed. Starting from year 2013 it will not infect files. It contains the text string:
[Uracil] by Adenine. Hi:P/S,NTH,John M.

These are not dangerous memory resident encrypted parasitic viruses. They hook INT 21h and write themselves to the end of COM- and EXE-files that are opened or executed. From 1992 they manifest themselves by sound effect and dysplay the message in Russian.
Some of the "Beer" viruses are dangerous ones, on opening they overwrite some files with the text in Russian, the file names to overwrite are:
DISKDATA.DTL
VIRUSES.INF
A-DINF-_.___ [NOTE "_" not displayable in HTML]
DIRINFO
-V.MSG
These viruses contain/display the messages:

It's a dangerous memory resident parasitic encrypted virus. It hooks INT 1Ch, 21h and writes itself at the end of COM- and EXE-files that are executed or opened. Depending on the internal counter and system timer this virus overwrites the MBR of hard drive and files by trojan program which on execution displays the message and plays the music:
