It is a dangerous memory resident multipartite virus. While executing an infected file the virus infects the MBR of the hard drive, as well as while loading from infected floppy disk.
While loading from infected disk (MBR, boot) the virus hooks INT 13h, waits for DOS loading, and hooks INT 21h. Then the virus writes itself to the end of EXE files that are opened, and to boot sectors of the floppy disks that are accessed. On 8th of any month the virus erases the hard drive sectors.

It is a dangerous nonmemory resident parasitic virus. It searches for .COM files, then writes itself to the beginning of the file. Depending on the current date it displays the message:
The Pac-Man BLINKY Ghost is watching..

It overwrites boot sectors of floppy disks with a boot virus that displays while loading from infected disk:
Non-System disk or disk error.
Replace and press any key when readyall

It is not a dangerous nonmemory resident parasitic companion virus. It searches for .EXE files, renames them to .PAC extension and overwrites original .EXE files with its copy. Depending on the current date it displays the message:
The Pac-Man CLYDE Ghost is watching..
