This is a dangerous memory resident encrypted parasitic virus. Upon being executed, it searches for EXE files and writes itself to the end of the file. Then the virus hooks INT 21h, intercepts the execution of a EXE file, and infects them in the same manner.
On the 14th of February (Valentine's Day), the virus searches for the WINDOWS directory, searches for all files in that directory, deletes them, and displays the following messages:

WARNING! Windows.xxx Virus Found! This virus is known to be extremely

This is a benign non-memory resident encrypted parasitic virus. It searches for COM files, then writes itself to the end of the file. On the 18th of December, the virus displays a message written in Russian.
