Vanish.1635
Description Vanish.1635
It is not a dangerous memory resident parasitic polymorphic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of DOS EXE files that are executed. The virus contains the text strings: [VanisH][Coded by Bumblebee] Kill their servants Burn their homes Till there's no blood left to spill Hail and Kill
On 5th day of month that falls on Sunday the virus manifests itself with a video effect: it erases all letters on the screen by "decreasing" their "values" from its original ASCII state "down" to the space character.

Putrid
Description Putrid
It is a dangerous memory resident boot virus. It hooks INT 13h and infects the MBR of the hard drive and boot sector of floppy disks. The virus contains the text string: >PUTRID<
Depending on its counter the virus also hooks INT 21h. While executing a file the virus searches a disk boot sector image within this file - the virus scans the file for the "MSDOS" string and checks boot stamp 55AAh. If such data are found, the virus replaces them with its copy. As a result, the virus converts disk formatting utilities to virus droppers - while formatting a disk they will write to the disk boot sector the virus code instead of original bootstrap routine. Text added: 30.12.96/GV
Pux.1295
Description Pux.1295
It is a dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files that are executed. It contains the text string: "chklist.cps chklist.ms" and deletes these files. On opening some (anti-virus?) programs it corrupts the data on the disk. It changes the data in CMOS memory.
