This is a harmless memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of COM files (except COMMAND.COM) that are executed. The virus does not manifest itself in any way, it contains the internal text string:

It is a dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 9, 21h and writes itself to the end of EXE files that are accessed. By hooking INT 9 (keyboard) the virus calculates ENTER keystrokes and on the 100th ENTER reboots the computer.

This is a benign memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h, and writes itself to the end of COM-files that are executed. On December 6, it decrypts and displays the following message while halting the system:
CPU error
System halted
