Description Win32.Taek
It is a harmless nonmemory resident parasitic Win32 virus. It searches for .EXE, .SCR and .DLL Win32 files in the current directory, then writes itself to the end of the file. The virus does not manifest itself. It contains the "copyright" text string: Scorpion.Win.1275Copyright (C) 1995-1998 Taek Software.

It is not a dangerous memory resident parasitic encrypted virus. It hooks INT 21h, 28h, searches EXE files into current directory and writes itself to the end of them. It compares the file names with the strings: ADIN DINF DRWE AIDS ANTI WEB and does not infect these files. The virus periodically displays a message into left right corner of the screen.
