It is a very dangerous memory resident parasitic Windows virus. It replicates under Win95/98 only and infects PE EXE files (Windows executables) that are opened. While infecting the virus increases the size of last file section and writes itself to there. To stay memory resident the virus jumps to VxD mode, allocates a block of Windows memory, copies itself to there and hooks IFS API.
The virus has bugs and often halts the system. Depending on its random counter the virus erases data on C: drive - it overwrites randomly selected disk sector with the text:

Description Macro.Word97.Breeder

This virus contains one macro with the AutoOpen name in documents and FileSave in NORMAL.DOT. The virus infects the system on an infected file opening (AutoOpen) and affects documents when they are saved (FileSave). It contains the comments:
BREEDER BY -=>NEMESIS<=- 5/4/97
"DO NOT PROVOKE THE INTROVERT"

Description Macro.Word97.Calendar

This virus contains seven macros: AutoOpen, AutoClose, ToolsMacro, FileSaveAs, FileTemplates, Calendar, and ViewVBCode.
It infects documents that are opened, closed or saved with a new name (AutoOpen, FileClose, FileSaveAs). Upon opening a file, the virus also turns the VirusProtection option off.
Upon entering the Tools/Macro menu, the virus displays the MessageBox:
