This is a non-memory resident, very dangerous virus. It searches for .COM-files and overwrites them. On Tuesday, it renames the COMMAND.COM file to a new name: COMMAND.C0M and then types:
Error reading drive C:
BillMeTuesday!

On other days, it types: "EXEC Failure".

It is not a dangerous memory resident partly encrypted parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of EXE files that are executed. On August, 31th it also hooks INT 8 (timer) and displays the message:
