It is not a dangerous memory resident encrypted parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of EXE files that are executed. The virus checks file names and does not infect anti-virus programs according to the string "tbscclhirsf-" (two bytes per name - TBAV, SCAN, CLEAN,all). Depending on its counters the virus displays the text:
Now life devalues day by day, as friends and neighbours turn away,
And there's a change, that even with regret, cannot be undone...

It is not a dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 9, 21h and writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files that are executed or opened. The virus does not infect the anti-viruses FINDVIRU and TBAV. On INT 9 (keyboard) calls the virus looks for the texts on the screen:
password:
Hola! Hello! Como estas?

and depending on some conditions stuffs some keys into keyboard buffer.
The virus also contains the encrypted text:
This harmless virus was made in Argentina on 8/95 by Rla, it is used to
get passwords in some BBSs like Giga-System or SION, the name of the virus
is GetPass
