This is a non-dangerous memory-resident virus that by a standard manner hits .COM- and .EXE-files when they are loaded into memory (the length of the .EXE-files before they are infected increases up to the next multiple of a block - 200h). Before infecting the next file, this virus displays the character '#'. From the 23rd of every month, this infector plays a Russian Christmas tune. The virus hooks INT 21h.

It is a very dangerous memory resident parasitic polymorphic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files that are accessed by FindFirst/Next ASCII DOS calls (INT 21h, AH=4Eh, 4Fh). The virus deletes the CHKLIST.MS file. On November 12th it overwrites the MBR of the hard drive with a program the displays the messages: ¡¡ TEDY, el primer virus interactivo de la computación. !! Responda el siguiente custionario: ¿Los programas que usted usa son originales? [s/n] 5 archivos menos por mentiroso. 2 archivos menos por ladrón. ¿Los de Microsoft son unos ladrones? [s/n] Te doy otra oportunidad para responder bien.
