These are memory resident harmless (except "Csl.517") viruses. They copy themselves into the Interrupt Vector Table, hook INT 21h and infect by standard way COM-files which are loaded into the memory. "Csl.517" erases some bytes of CMOS. These viruses contain the text strings: "Csl.381" - "26.07.91.Pre-released Microelephant by CSL"; "Csl.457" - "Microelephant V5 by CSL"; "Csl.517" - "Microelephant V4 by CSL".

Depending on the system timer the virus beeps by PC speaker. The virus does not infect the files: AI*.EXE, WE*.EXE, DR*.EXE, it detects these files by using the string: AIWEDR

These are harmless memory resident parasitic viruses. They hook INT 21h, and write themselves to the end of EXE files that are executed. The header of infected files contains the word: AJ
"AJ.793" is a very dangerous virus. In February, starting from the 6th, it formats hard drive sectors. It also corrupts the anti-virus databases of ANTI-VIR.DAT and CHKLIST.MS.
