It's a not dangerous not memory resident parasitic virus. It searches for .COM-files and writes itself to their beginnings. Depending on the system timer it displays the message:
Hey YOU !!! Don't be silly all I'm DILLINGER.

It is a very dangerous nonmemory resident overwriting virus. It searches for .COM files, then overwrites them. Before return to DOS the virus leaves in the memory a TSR program that hooks INT 8 (timer) and depending on its counter beeps and stuffs the string into keyboard buffer:

It's a harmless memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and infects by a standard manner COM- and EXE-files on their execution or opening. It contains the internal word "FR".
